• Please be advised that the fee will be charged under the name of “Paygate".
• Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure.
• Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
• Cooperation cards may not be accepted if the name of the cardholder and the person who tries to proceed with the payment.
In this case, please proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer or at the on-site registration desk. |

• Registration fee should be transmitted under the registrant’s name.
• Participants who proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer are requested to submit the remittance slip to the TRANSOILCOLD 2025 secretariat via email(kgs@transoilcold2025.org).
• Bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant.
• Registration fee should be transmitted within 10 days after completing the online registration via the registration system on website.

• Only USD and KRW are accepted.
• Participants who wish to proceed with the payment via cash are kindly recommended to prepare the exact registration fee.
Small changes may not be prepared enough at the on-site registration desk. |
• Green Participation (Sustainable Practices)
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we kindly encourage all participants to take part in our eco-friendly practices during the Symposium.
1. Use of Public Transportation
1.We recommend participants to use public transportation rather than private vehicles when traveling to the venue.
2.This will not only help reduce carbon emissions but also save parking and transportation costs.
2. Use of Personal Tumblers
1.While paper cups will be available at the venue, we encourage participants to bring and use their own personal tumblers or reusable bottles.
2.This small action will contribute to minimizing waste and supporting our shared effort for a greener conference.
